Process mineralogical and metallurgical expertise in development and optimization of complex gold deposits. Will’s expertise in the use of Scanning Electron Microscopy was developed as a key employee of Intellection Pty Ltd, the developer of the QEMSCAN® system. Will developed the Gold application for QEMSCAN®, and developed an additional analysis tool that pooled data from standard metallurgical test programmes with QEMSCAN® data. Will has participated and led the analysis of over 25 separate process plant and tailings samples from many separate commodities. Will is globally recognized as a leading expert in the use of scanning electron microscopy for mineralogical analysis and is founder of MinAssist Pty Ltd, a company providing consulting in the quantitative process mineralogy space.
