Through this service MinAssist is available for operators of QEMSCAN systems to outsource interpretation and reporting of results. This allows faster turn-around time and access to the full breadth of MinAssist's domain expertise in a range of commodities, reducing the internal resource requirements of our clients and increasing efficiency.

The virtual metallurgist provides a central resource through which you can outsource your project metallurgical requirements. MinAssist's expertise in both metallurgy and mineralogy allows us to provide an efficient and results driven service. Training and Support
The MinAssist training and support package provides solutions in training for QEMSCAN and general process mineralogy. Courses are provided in the use of QEMSCAN and the iDiscover package for both novice and advanced users. Ongoing support and mentoring of inexperienced operators is provided both on-site and through the MinAssist.com online support resource.
